Your personal room has a Personal Meeting ID and link that stay the same, so people can save them and use them any time you meet.
Start it
Select Start on Home, or on the Personal room page in the sidebar.
Share it
On the Personal room page, under Join details, you can copy the Personal Meeting ID, the passcode or the invite link. Copy invitation copies all of them as a ready-made message.
Room settings
- Waiting room: people wait until you or a co-host let them in.
- Let guests join without an account: guests only need the link and a name.
- Mute people when they join: they can unmute themselves.
- Start AI notes automatically: AI notes start as you or a co-host joins, once your meetings allow AI notes (see AI notes).
Get a new ID
If you've shared the link too widely, select Regenerate ID. The old link and passcode stop working right away, so send people the new invitation.
