Whoever creates a meeting is its host, and the host can make others co-hosts. Co-hosts can do most of what a host can. Only the host can make or remove co-hosts, remove a co-host from the meeting, or end the meeting for everyone.
Manage one person
Open Participants, or select ⋯ on someone's tile, to:
- Mute them, or Ask to unmute. Nobody can be unmuted without agreeing.
- Stop video or Stop sharing.
- Pin for everyone, to put them on everyone's main screen.
- Make co-host or Remove as co-host.
- Remove from meeting. They leave right away and can't rejoin.
Mute everyone
Select Mute all at the bottom of Participants. Turn off Let people unmute themselves if people should raise a hand to speak.
Meeting settings
In Participants, select ⋯ at the bottom:
- Lock meeting: nobody new can join.
- Waiting room: new people wait until a host lets them in. See The waiting room.
- Allow chat and Allow reactions.
- Let people unmute themselves.
- Who can share their screen: everyone, or hosts only.
End the meeting
Select Leave. As the host, you choose Leave meeting to go while it continues, or End meeting for all to end it for everyone.
